Understanding Sleep Apnoea

Sleep apnoea is a common but serious sleep disorder characterized by repeated interruptions in breathing during sleep. These interruptions, known as apnoeas, can last for a few seconds to a minute and occur multiple times throughout the night. If left untreated, sleep apnoea can lead to a range of health issues, including daytime fatigue, cardiovascular problems, and decreased cognitive function.
